John Lucero
Guiding our congregation with wisdom and a deep connection to the Word, Pastor John leads with a heart devoted to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement. With a rich background in Christian Ministry, Pastor John inspires us to live out our faith in every aspect of our lives.

Jay Barrett
From Randles, Missouri. Born Again Believer for 67 years. Graduate of Cal State LA, UNLV, University of the Pacific, Stockton, and UC Berkeley. Ordained minister in 1980. Passionate about serving others and community outreach. . Has four children, all teachers. Has 15 biological and 7 “Heart Adopted” grandchildren. Has five great-granddaughters.

Deacon, Music Minister, and Teacher from Bakersfield, CA. Born again at age five. Holds degrees from Bakersfield College, California State University, Bakersfield, and Point Loma Nazarene University. Member of Columbus Street Baptist Church since 2001. Married to Kyla since June 2015 . Passionate about co-teaching Bible studies and leading worship music each Sunday.

Deacon, teacher, born again believer, under Pastor Lucero’s teaching for 8 years, ordained at Columbus Street Baptist Church, coordinates community outreach, married to Gloria Duran, passionate about reaching the lost.

Tina, from Lahore, Pakistan, is a website-media manager with a foundation diploma in accountancy and ACCA certification. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, she is a born-again believer for 9 years, passionate about serving others and volunteering at an animal shelter. She lives in Dubai, UAE, with her family.
